The ZenTiV central TightGate management system is the universal solution for update management of large TightGate Pro installations.
It also offers comprehensive monitoring and can serve as a configuration server for TightGate Mobile.
Update management for TightGate-Pro
ZenTiV keeps all TightGate-Pro servers in the network up to date. Especially in large infrastructures across several locations, ZenTiV shows its strengths and considerably simplifies the management of the numerous update options. Updates can be configured centrally for all servers and carried out on a scheduled or time-controlled basis. The individual and situation-specific coordination of the update process saves the time resources of the system administration and keeps the system security continuously at a high level.
Monitoring and logging
ZenTiV includes comprehensive system monitoring based on Nagios. It is extended by many functions and optimised for TightGate-Pro, but is also suitable for other manageable network components. Operation is platform-independent via web browser. Flexible notification options via web interface, e-mail or SMS keep administrators up to date at all times. The system is available as a physical or virtual machine and offers a wide range of functions under a uniform user interface.
Configuration management for TightGate-Mobile
Solid basic protection against attacks via the web browser is also possible on mobile computers: TightGate-Mobile provides the necessary security, while ZenTiV ensures uniform configuration of all installations at all times. The number of mobile devices is not limited, so even extensive device parks can be managed conveniently. Manual intervention on the mobile devices is no longer necessary. All necessary settings can be made centrally in ZenTiV – this saves time, increases the availability of the devices and noticeably relieves the administration.
